Butterfield Multi-Use Trails Committee Annual Membership Meeting

Membership
Meetings
Many members have express their desire to attend less administrative meetings, and
spend the time they devote to Butterfield Trails actually getting out and
working on the trails and attending trails related
events.
In response to these requests, we will not schedule regular monthly meetings this year, but will instead combine member meetings with our quarterly trail clean-ups and events. Members will be advised of all events
via e-mail, and the public will be encouraged to check our website
and press announcements for scheduled events.
Annual Meeting
The
exception to this plan will be our Annual Membership meeting which
will be held
in June. The annual meeting is the
only meeting required by
the Articles of Incorporation and the By-laws and will
cover the BMUT
annual financial reporting and the election of
officers.
